As soon as you walk in, we’ll welcome you with a smile. Our warm, friendly staff will ask you to have a seat in our comfy reception area. Take advantage of our complimentary Wi-Fi and refreshment bar. Even though you’ll probably wish you could hang out here longer, we’re committed to running on time and keep waits to a minimum. If you really want to get the ball rolling and save a few minutes, fill out our patient information form before your first visit. You can also call us prior to your appointment with your insurance information and we’ll have all of the financial details ready to go for you.

We’ll take you back to the treatment area and you’ll get to see where the smile perfecting happens! Dr. Hawley will conduct a thorough oral exam and our team will take a panoramic and cephalometric x-ray and snap some digital photos of your teeth and face. Dr. Hawley will use this information to determine a diagnosis and develop a personalized treatment plan.

You’ll talk with Dr. Hawley about your treatment goals and he’ll let you know what your options are. He’ll walk you through exactly how the treatment will work for your particular needs using the x-rays and photos as a guide. You (and your parents) can ask any questions you have. We’ll tell you what happens at every stage so there are no surprises. A team member will present you with the costs and work with you to find a down payment and payment plan that suits your budget.
